Our Southern California warehouse was sited to speed deliveries to top venues — including the Sequoia Ballroom at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, the Craftsman lodge inside Disney California Adventure, 1600 S. Disneyland Drive, Anaheim. Park-adjacent load rules and Disney exclusive labor apply; we plan for both.

Moderate-size meetings and receptions with direct terrace access. Ideal for breakouts, dinners of a few hundred, or pre-function overflow.

Indoor high-def LED panels sized to Sequoia’s long axis or a half-ballroom window wall. Ground-stack or truss as the plot allows.

Broadcast Quality Video

IMAG and multi-camera capture so the stage reads cleanly to the back of a 1,200-seat theater.

CAD and Layouts

We draw the actual Grand Californian floorplates — airwalls, beams, load paths — before the truck leaves our Southern California warehouse.
