Events at The Wiltern

Support for your venue event is our priority. Our Southern California warehouse was sited to speed deliveries to top venues — including the historic Art Deco theatre at 3790 Wilshire Boulevard in Koreatown, with its 55-foot stage, open floor, and fixed loge and mezzanine seating.

Theatre and Stage

Iconic 1931 Art Deco house. Open general-admission floor plus fixed vintage seating in Loge and Mezzanine. Configurable from intimate seated shows to full standing concerts. Strong acoustics and dramatic rose, green, and gold interiors.

IMAG or full-width LED on the stage plane under the proscenium. Flown or ground-supported line array that respects the historic ceiling and sightlines. House power and control integration as required.

Main Lobby & Rotunda

Grand entry under the original 1931 chandelier and rotunda cove. Receptions, registrations, and pre-show flow before guests move into the theatre.

Compact column arrays (CURV 500 or similar) and discrete LED for branding or speaker support. Keep the historic ceiling and chandelier clear.

Intimate backstage rooms for artist hospitality, press, meet-and-greets, or small VIP receptions adjacent to the stage.

IMAG and multi-camera capture so every seat sees the performer. Clean feeds for streaming or post-event content.

Floor plans that account for the open floor, fixed seating, stage depth, and load-in path from the garage or curb.

Streaming packages so remote attendees receive the same show clock as the room on Wilshire.
