Conrad Los Angeles, at 100 South Grand Avenue across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall, has 13,135 sq ft of indoor and outdoor event space, from the 4,855 sq ft Grand Park Ballroom to the tenth-floor Alto rooftop. Above the Line provides audio, video, lighting and LED for meetings, galas and receptions across the hotel.

For a general session, we set the screen on the long wall so every seat is close to it, and use the blackout option so projection stays bright.

For a dinner on the Gehry Terrace, we light the table with warm battery-powered fixtures and use one compact speaker, so the concert hall view stays the backdrop.

When Sed and the Gehry Terrace are used together, we run one music system across both, with separate volume for the indoor lounge and the terrace.

For a buyout dinner at San Laurel, we use a wireless handheld mic and a small speaker pair for toasts, and a portable display for a short video.
