Kimpton Shorebreak Huntington Beach Resort, at 500 Pacific Coast Highway across from the Huntington Beach Pier, has 10,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor event space, from the 3,000 sq ft Epic Ballroom to an open-air courtyard and ocean-view terraces. Above the Line provides audio, video, lighting and LED for meetings, weddings and receptions across the resort.
The resort pairs a ballroom and meeting rooms with a fire-pit courtyard and private terraces a block from Main Street. We size sound, video and lighting to each space from the resort's own chart.

For a general session in the Epic Ballroom, we set twin screens on the long wall and run the sound from the back of the room, leaving the glass walls to the foyer open.

For a ceremony on The Deck, we use a battery-powered speaker and a lavalier mic for the officiant, and warm uplights on the fire-pit area for the reception after.

In the Bungalow, we use a center screen with a projector bright enough for daylight, and run a speaker to the terrace for breaks and receptions.

For a sunset reception on the Pierview Terrace, we use small weather-rated speakers at low volume and warm lighting that switches on as the light fades.

For a dinner with a short presentation in South Swell, we connect a laptop to the room's TV and add one small speaker for audio.

For a hybrid meeting in a suite, we add a camera bar and a speakerphone to the display, so remote attendees can join the conversation.
