We plan Marriott Long Beach Downtown load-ins from our Southern California base — including the Bixby and Pike Ballrooms at Marriott Long Beach Downtown (formerly Renaissance Long Beach Hotel), 111 East Ocean Boulevard — the fourth downtown Long Beach hotel plate after Westin, Hilton, and Hyatt.
Published Marriott Long Beach Downtown figures, with our usual production approach for Bixby 1–5, Pike 1–3, and the rest.
Largest indoor room. Five salons. Fifteen-foot ceiling. General sessions and dinners when the program is downtown but not at Westin or Hilton.
LED on the 88-foot axis, compact arrays under 15 feet. CURV 500 when the room is divided.
Second indoor plate. Thirteen-foot ceiling. LED and CURV 500 stay on the floor.
Theater 287 · Banquet 287 · Classroom 250 · Reception 287
LED plus LD Systems CURV 500 under 13 feet. No deep flown hangs.
The small salon. Breakouts and dinners of about 140 to 150.
Theater 150 · Banquet 140 · Classroom 75 · Reception 150
We match speaker count and screen size in the Broadlind Ballroom to the floor plan.
Prefunction and guest flow off the ballrooms — treat it as part of the plot, not leftover hallway.
Plot to the hotel BEO
Quiet fill light and soft PA so atrium chatter does not spill into Pike or Bixby.
Mid-size indoor salon with terrace access when the full Bixby plate is not required.
Theater 230 · Banquet 170 · Classroom 100 · Reception 230
