Mar Monte Hotel, at 1111 East Cabrillo Boulevard on the Santa Barbara waterfront, has more than 19,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor event space, including the 4,325 sq ft Pacific Ballroom and Seaview and the 1931 Fireside ballroom. Above the Line provides audio, video, lighting and LED for meetings, weddings and receptions across the hotel.
The hotel pairs ocean-view ballrooms with the original 1931 lobby, now the Fireside ballroom, plus terraces and a lawn across from East Beach. We size sound, video and lighting to each space from the hotel's own chart.

With a 10 ft ceiling and windows on the view, we use a bright short-throw projector or LED panel and keep lighting on low truss totems, so nothing hangs in front of the ocean.

For a private dinner or board session in Seaview, we set a single display at the end wall and a small speaker pair, so the windows stay open.
